Be sure to sample our bacon – aspecialty - smoked in a smoker designed by our chef, and grilled over the woodfire in our restaurant.
We prepare our dinner menu on the wood fire grill in the restaurant.

The heat of the fire and the sprinkle of salt are the keys to our cooking – a method that is simple on the surface, but exacting in reality.
Our chef selects all of our ingredients with the utmost care – and none more so than the vegetables we serve.
Meat for the main course is chosen to set off the flavor of an arugula sauce. Even dessert – eggplant stewed in red wine with tomato jam ice cream – is about enjoying the flavors of vegetables.
